At our establishment, prioritizing hygiene and safety has always been paramount, with stringent practices in place to mitigate the risk of spreading transmissible diseases such as Hepatitis B and HIV. Our commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace remains unwavering, ensuring a secure environment for both our team members and clients.
In response to the current pandemic, we have implemented additional measures in both our shop and operations.
Clients attending appointments must not have tested positive for, been in contact with, or cohabitated with anyone diagnosed with the virus in the past 14 days. Those returning from countries outside the 'travel list' are required to self-quarantine for 10 days, following government guidance, and their appointments must be rescheduled after this period.
If you are in self-isolation, kindly notify us promptly. We will need to see the NHS text/email confirming your isolation timeframe to arrange suitable alternative dates.
We kindly request you to check your temperature on the morning of your appointment and inform us immediately if you register a high reading. Upon arrival, we will also conduct a temperature check. If an elevated temperature is detected, your appointment will be rescheduled for the safety of all parties involved.
Our specialists' schedules have been adjusted to minimize the total number of people on our premises, reducing client contact. Thus, with your agreed-upon appointment time, there may be a short wait outside our shop. Please avoid arriving earlier than scheduled and refrain from bringing additional individuals, as our indoor waiting area is currently unavailable.
Please note that we are unable to provide masks for all clients; hence, it is imperative that you bring your own facial covering for the appointment. We kindly request you to wear this throughout your session, with the exception of lip procedures.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
